Yes. If you need help setting up your email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.), we can assist you at no extra charge.
How long does it take to complete a website?
How long a site takes really depends on you. Designs and/or logos need your approval, and content needs to be created or gathered. The more you work with us on getting these things done, the faster your site will be up and running.
How much copy do I need for a website?
The amount of written content depends on the type of the website and how much information the customer needs. But before you sit down at the computer and start typing away, it's important to know that writing for the web is much different than writing for print.
Can you design my site in Flash?
Flash is an amazing tool with a lot of useful applications, but we stay away from designing sites entirely in Flash. There are numerous usability issues with Flash sites, and they aren't easily accessible by search engine spiders, making SEO much more difficult.

Will I be able to update the site myself?
If you need to update and manage content yourself, we can build your site within a Content Management System.
